We do our best to display product colors, sizes, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, lighting, or printing process.
Because each item is made to order, small variations in placement, color, and print finish may occur.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, and product selections.
Payments must be completed before production begins. If payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order may be canceled.
5. Print-on-Demand Production
Our products are made after an order is placed. Production time may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment partner availability.
Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee order cancellations once production has started.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered, the print provider, and the shipping carrier.
QuickOne Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or other situations outside our control.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Wrong size selected by the customer
Wrong color selected by the customer
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect shipping address
Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
Orders marked delivered by the carrier
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging if applicable, and a short description of the issue.
